Romantics gone WILD.... What Happens when R's where other Kibbe lines

The point of Kibbe is not to restrict you from wearing outfits outside of your Kibbe family, but rather to inspire you to embrace your innately beautiful lines. Of course, we can wear whatever we want and look good in many various Kibbe-inspired outfits, but there are times when some outfits Just. Do. Not. Work.

This post explores what happens when Romantics do not embrace their lines and wander too far into other Kibbe group families.

Wearing Theatric Romantic (TR) Lines

Though TR is closest to the R family, the long cut of this barely-there dress manages to overwhelm her R frame while also completely taking over her waistline. TR's have an easier time pulling off a cut like this because of their slightly Yin bones, whereas R's are all Yang.

And when Doja Cat wears her R lines on the red carpet...

Va va voom!

Wearing Dramatic (D) lines

This is a terrible look on Kate! Personally, I think it could be fixed with a few simple tweaks such as tucking in her shirt and wearing her hair loose. Right now, she looks overwhelmed and constricted at the same time.

Here we see Drew in a D outfit that is way too structured for her R frame. Furthermore, Ds can get away with chunky shoes and accessories that totally overwhelms R frames, as we see on Drew here.

Wearing Gamine (G) lines

Christina Ricci is a particularly petite R but this G style dress is doing her no favors at all. It is far too structured and drowns out her frame entirely.

Wearing Natural (N) lines

Look at any picture of Beyonce in the early 2000s and it is apparent that she does not dress her beautiful R lines at all. This flowy look and hair would look killer on any N (see below)

Shakira (SN)

Blake Lively (FN)

Jennifer Aniston (N)

Queen B looks so much better in her R lines!

NOTE: The early 2000s were dominated by SN fashion. Going through the decades, the 1950s were R (due to Marily), the 60s were G (due to Audrey and Twiggy), the 70s were FN (Farah Fawcett and California girl athletic look), 80s I'm not really sure, 90s were probably D with the slim heroin-chic look, 2000s SN (Britney, JLo, Mariah), and 2010s is TR.
